Our history
Our family-owned and operated business began in 1941 when Wilfred R. Yetzer, one of Minnesota’s first certified flooring installers, founded Yetzer Home Store and Flooring in Waconia, MN. A commitment to quality products and service contributed to Yetzer's growing reputation for honest prices and reliable service.
In 2000, we expanded our warehouse from 500 to 5000 square feet and tripled the display space for our flooring solutions and window treatments. We expanded again in 2012 and by December 2015, Yetzer was purchased by Thomas Wiest, who brings over 30 years of retail experience, and has maintained the integrity of the Yetzer name first introduced in 1941.
